Our First Vehicle Graphic  The "Shaguar" 2002

The Wrap Star
is our new  division
of  Jungle Cat Marketing, Inc.,
a company  formed in May 2002
to service the marketing needs of new car dealers in the Tampa Bay market. Initially we provided web-site development and direct mail postcard programs, as well as point-of-sale signage and banners  At the same time, the company was engaged to do new market  R&D for a grand format print company looking to expand nto new markets.

Since the creation of our first Shaguar, we've wrapped many hundreds of vehicles. Vehicle graphics have been and continue to be an important  part of our overall business but they represented only 20% of our total sales. The larger part included showroom and point-of-sale graphics, window graphics and display graphics for new car dealerships.

The near collapse of the new car business in the current downturn dramatically impacted our core business. During the early part of this year our sales dropped by up to 70%. We scrambled to reposition ourselves looking for new markets and customers to replace the lost revenue. We also expanded our product offerings and reduced staff to try and compensate. Nothing seemed to be working... except vehicle graphics. Although we were not focused on promoting that part of our business, it kept creeping up. By April, we finally figured out that that's where the light at the end of the tunnel was coming from.

In May, we turned a significant part of our efforts to building the wrap business, and sure enough we recouped almost 50% of our lost sales revenue. In June we did even better closing the gap to almost 75%. And we started the month of July with an order book larger than our June sales (for the first time in more than a year).

The vehicle graphics market is exploding. It's by far the most cost effective means of advertsing available.  The Wrap Star     is totally focused on servicing this growin market demand with the highest quality, best designed and best installed graphics available anywhere!   Put my team and me to work for you.
